Management fees are calculated on what is more beneficial to each development and it will either be based on a fixed percentage of the overall service charge demanded or a per property, per year fee. You should be able to instantly work out what our management costs will be and compare them with what you are currently paying.
In some cases the difference will be quite considerable and you may ask what services we may be compromising on to enable such a reduction in service charges, we can assure you we will never compromise on any aspect of our service to residents or their building. Simply by having a transparent and common-sense business approach we can GUARANTEE to reduce service charges, which in turn will enable either a reduction on every resident's service charge payments or alternatively allow for a reserve or sinking fund to be built up sooner.
